Orders are dispatched from Spain using professional logistics partners integrated through the LINKKIT shipping system.

1 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may vary during peak periods or holidays.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.

2 Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are:
   • Spain: 3–5 business days
   • European Union: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to logistics conditions, seasonal demand or circumstances beyond LINKKIT’s reasonable control.
LINKKIT shall not be responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures or external logistical disruptions.

3 Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

LINKKIT shall not be liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

4 United Kingdom - Import Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom are treated as exports from the European Union.
All import duties, VAT, customs clearance charges and brokerage fees imposed by UK authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer.These charges are not included in
product prices or shipping fees.
Failure to pay required import charges may result in the shipment being returned, delayed or abandoned by the carrier or customs authorities. In such cases, shipping costs are nonrefundable.

5 Loss or Damage in Transit

If a shipment appears damaged upon delivery, customers should contact LINKKIT as soon as possible and provide supporting documentation, including photographs where applicable.
Claims for transport damage should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

6 Failed Delivery or Uncollected Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to circumstances attributable to the customer, including but not limited to:
   • incorrect or incomplete delivery address,
   • repeated absence at the delivery address,
   • failure to collect the package from a designated pickup point,
   • refusal to accept the shipment,
   • failure to pay required customs duties or import charges,
the shipment may be returned to LINKKIT by the carrier.
In such cases, the customer remains responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any additional return shipping or handling fees incurred.
Refunds, where applicable, will be issued only for the product value, excluding shipping costs and any additional logistics expenses resulting from the failed delivery.

7 Address Accuracy and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
LINKKIT shall not be liable for delivery failures, delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to LINKKIT due to incorrect address information or failure of delivery attributable to the customer, the customer may request reshipment of the order. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
LINKKIT is not responsible for shipments delivered to the address provided by the customer where delivery confirmation has been obtained from the carrier.
