LINKKIT aims to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair return conditions in accordance with European consumer protection legislation.
1 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason, from the date on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, receives the goods.
To exercise this right, customers must notify LINKKIT by email at info@linkkitdesign.com before the withdrawal period expires.
2 Return Conditions
Returned products must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after withdrawal notification.
Products must be returned:
• unused,
• complete,
• in their original condition,
• and preferably in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
3 Product Handling and Diminished Value
Customers may inspect the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, as would be possible in a physical retail environment.
Handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for this purpose may result in a reduction of the refund amount to reflect any diminished value of the product.
Products showing signs of use, assembly, washing, alteration, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for a full refund.
LINKKIT reserves the right to assess the condition of returned goods and determine the appropriate refund amount based on the state of the product upon return.
4 Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe return of goods. LINKKIT recommends using a trackable shipping service.
5 Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify LINKKIT within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers may be asked to provide photographic evidence in order to assess the issue.
If the claim is confirmed, LINKKIT will provide either:
• replacement of the product, or
• a full refund including return shipping costs.
6 Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Refund processing may take up to 14 days after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
LINKKIT reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until returned products are received or proof of return shipment is provided.
Original shipping costs are refundable only where required by applicable consumer protection law.
7 Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact LINKKIT directly at info@linkkitdesign.com to resolve any issues related to orders before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback through their payment provider.
Initiating a chargeback while retaining possession of the product may be considered a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
LINKKIT reserves the right to provide all relevant order information, delivery confirmation and communication records to the payment provider in order to contest unjustified disputes.
In cases where a chargeback is initiated after the product has been delivered, the customer may be required to return the product before any refund is processed.
LINKKIT also reserves the right to refuse future transactions from customers who repeatedly initiate abusive or fraudulent chargebacks.
